This Mediterranean style villa is ideally situated on the Northern boundary of the Bel Aire Winelands estate. Bel Aire is a security estate with electrified fencing and 24 hour access and perimeter control. It is situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands on the outskirts of Somerset West with easy access to the R44 arterial to historic Stellenbosch. Driving from the property you are 15 minutes from Stellenbosch, 20 minutes from Cape Town international airport, 15 minutes to Gordons Bay, 40 minutes to Greenpoint Stadium in Cape Town, 45 minutes to Franshoek and about 50 minutes from Hermanus. Major shopping centres, gyms, golf courses, restaurants, bars are all within a few minutes’ drive.

The self catering home consists of three en-suite bedrooms and sleeps six people comfortably. It has two very comfortable lounge/braai areas with a huge fireplace as a feature separating the lounge from the dining room. A large 60cm LCD TV and sound system is ideal for watching matches in other parts of the country.  The outside braai area is ideal for traditional South African barbeques with a big fireplace, eight seat dining table and amenities including music and bar facility. There is a well appointed kitchen with two large fridge/freezers and complete scullery with washing machine/dryer. A small study provides 24 ADSL internet connection and office facilities. The general feel of the home is a rustic open plan Tuscan Villa ideal for entertaining with large fold open doors that opens the home to the well maintained garden/pool. Breakfasts and access to a 500 bottle wine collection are optional extras.
