George, South Africa. The airport was formerly called P.W. Botha

The airport was built in 1977, and is an exact copy of the Keetmanshoop, Namibia Airport. The airport is operated by Airports Company South Africa. The George Airport serves both passengers and as a transport hub to airship local products to points around the world.
