The 99er 2010 race sees the dawn of a new era with venue and race routes changing. Starting from the picturesque Durbanville Race Course, participating cyclists will have 3 scenic routes to choose from: 108km, 64km, and 28km routes.Not that there will be much time for sightseeing as the new routes require lots of concentration & endurance to outlast, outwit & outcycle the other competitors through the meandering hills of Durbanville.
Unlike the plain flat routes of previous years, the new routes are much more challenging to the cyclist’s skill & endurance levels, yet offering breathtaking views of the Cape Peninsula, passing through Durbanville tourist attractions.
