A multi-sectoral celebration of diversity, the Design Indaba Expo includes advertising, architecture, craft, décor, film, fashion, graphic design, interior design, jewellery, new media, publishing, product design and visual media – all under the same roof. All work is conceived and manufactured in South Africa. There are no derivatives or imports at Expo.

Every one of the more than 260 exhibitors is vetted and approved by an advisory panel of top South African designers, stylists, critics and industry experts to ensure that only original, contemporary and innovative products are showcased. The credibility of this approach to quality control is confirmed by the annual presence of over 200 prominent international buyers and influential journalists at the event.
