Table Mountain

The park has been encouraging indigenous foresting of the area, planting a number of new trees in recent years. Table Mountain National Park workers have been working hard to make sure that this natural site is preserved in all its beauty.

Almost all of the park areas are open free to the public, while 1/3 of park activities require a small fee. Volunteers help to make sure that hiking paths are visible and maintained, as well as keep an eye out for any possible danger on the trails. Park rangers are also available on the trails and around the Table Mountain National Park in order to provide assistance and maintain security.
